3. What sizes do you offer for your clothing?

Our clothing is available in a variety of sizes to accommodate different body types and preferences. We offer sizes ranging from Small (S) to Extra-Large (XL) for most of our apparel items. For specific size details, please refer to the size chart provided on each product page to ensure you find the perfect fit.

4. How should I care for my Elevated Conduct apparel?

To keep your Elevated Conduct apparel in the best condition, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can affect the performance of the fabric. For items with prints, it's best to turn them inside out before washing. Following these guidelines will help maintain the quality and longevity of your gear.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

We do offer shipping to the US only at the moment.

Shipping times typically vary from 3 to 7 business days in the contiguous U.S. and the packages we send are uninsured. Please be sure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as Three Nails is not responsible for any stolen packages.

Note that you are responsible for entering the accurate delivery address for your package. Any packages that are returned to Three Nails are subject to returned shipping fees. 

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

Our policy lasts 60 days after delivery. If 60 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.
